Roxanne discovered her love for yoga in 2010, earning her 200-hour yoga certification soon after. Having navigated through anxiety within her life, she found yoga and meditation as path to inner peace, balance, and clarity—experiences that continue to shape her life and inspire her mission to share this transformative practice with others

Roxanne discovered her love for yoga in 2010, earning her 200-hour yoga certification soon after. Having navigated through anxiety within her life, she found yoga and meditation as path to inner peace, balance, and clarity—experiences that continue to shape her life and inspire her mission to share this transformative practice with others.

With a particular passion for the moving meditation of fast-paced Vinyasa flow, Roxanne designs classes that are fun, invigorating, and empowering. She also holds specialized training in prenatal yoga, meditation, and breathwork, allowing her to guide students with both skill and care. 

As co-founder of Ember Rose Retreats, Roxanne blends her love for yoga with her vision of creating retreats that nurture the body, mind, and soul—crafting experiences that leave every guest feeling restored, inspired, and fully supported.

Emily is a certified yoga teacher who first came to yoga as a way to slow down and reconnect—with her breath, her body, and the present moment. What began as a personal practice quickly became a meaningful part of her family’s life. Alongside her husband and three daughters, yoga has become something they now share together—both at home and in the classes she leads for the wider community.

With a focus on intentional movement and grounded presence, Emily offers classes that are accessible, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body. Whether she’s guiding a quiet flow or a room full of laughter during cat yoga, her intention is always to create space for people to feel supported, connected, and at ease.

As co-founder of Ember Rose Retreats, she brings that same heart-centered energy into each retreat experience—pairing her love of yoga with her appreciation for simple joys: time outdoors, a good candle, and yes—candy too.

Meg is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher known for teaching mindful, purpose-driven classes that help students feel strong, capable, and more connected to themselves. On certain yoga retreats, Meg will host or oversee workshops where yoga alliance member hours can be added. With a background as an elementary teacher and librarian, Meg brings a playful, curious approach to her teaching, encouraging students to explore their practice with openness and ease. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2014 in the Florida panhandle while pregnant with her first child—an experience that taught her to slow down and deeply listen to her body. Her continued education includes prenatal training, barre technique certification, and her 300-hour training. As a mother of three, Meg is deeply grateful for a yoga practice that supports presence, balance, and grounding in the midst of a full and fast-moving life. Meg is also certified to train and mentor yoga teachers, and is licensed to lead and oversee workshops that provide credential hours toward yoga teacher certification.

Taylor Roy is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is NCCAOM Board Certified and licensed by the Texas State Medical Board, with advanced training that includes a selective externship at EBRAMEC in São Paulo, Brazil, and integrative clinical observation at MD Anderson. Inspired b

Taylor Roy is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is NCCAOM Board Certified and licensed by the Texas State Medical Board, with advanced training that includes a selective externship at EBRAMEC in São Paulo, Brazil, and integrative clinical observation at MD Anderson. Inspired by her mother’s lifelong health journey, Taylor is deeply passionate about holistic healing, with a special focus on women’s health and fertility. She believes Traditional Chinese Medicine is a powerful way to restore balance, support the body’s natural healing abilities, and complement Western care.
