Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. All practices are accessible and adaptable to meet you where you are.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the retreat. We encourage mindful unplugging, but you’ll stay connected if needed.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for movement, a yoga mat (if you have one), a journal, and anything that helps you feel cozy and at home.
Am I able to bring any food or drinks from home?
Yes, of course. Each room has their own mini-fridge and you are welcome to bring any of your favorite foods/snacks/drinks to have for yourself or to share.
Is this retreat suitable if I’m coming alone?
Absolutely. Many guests come solo. This retreat is intentionally designed to foster connection in a warm, welcoming way.
What will we do each day?
Each day will include a blend of nourishing movement and meaningful rest. You can expect yoga, time in nature with guided walks, intentional workshops, acupuncture offerings, thoughtfully prepared meals with wine pairings, hands-on cooking experiences, and space to simply be.
A detailed daily schedule will be shared upon arrival so you can fully settle in and enjoy the experience.
